Find your licence key.

Enter the email address you bought Promptly with. We’ll send every key for that address again.

Entering your key

In Promptly, choose Promptly ▸ Enter Licence… and paste the key from the email. Your Mac needs to be online for a moment while the key is checked.

Moving to another Mac

Just enter the same key on the other Mac. One key works on up to 3 Macs; when you enter it on a fourth, the Mac you used least recently is released automatically.

Still missing?

Keys come from [email protected], so check your spam folder for that address. If you bought with a different email, try that one. Otherwise, write to [email protected] with your Paddle receipt.
