What happens when the trial ends?
The terminal keeps working: your shells, windows, splits, saved sessions and remote hosts are all still there. Ask and the rest of the on-device intelligence, session groups with iCloud sync, and the Quick Terminal switch off until you enter a licence key.
How many Macs can I use it on?
Up to 3 Macs that you use. Enter your key on a fourth and the Mac you used least recently is released automatically.
Do I need an account?
No. Not for the trial and not to buy. Your licence key is all you need.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying, for any reason. See Refunds for how to ask.
Do I get Promptly 2.0?
Every 1.x release is included. A future 2.0 will be a paid upgrade, discounted for people who own a 1.x licence.
Where is my licence key?
It is emailed to you a few minutes after you buy. If you can’t find it, we can send it again.
